We offer a 14-day refund policy in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
To request a refund, please email us at info@ma-menu.com with your order reference number and a brief reason for your request. Refunds will be processed through our payment provider, Paddle.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your payment provider. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ma-menu.com.
