MaMenu is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows restaurants and cafés to create, customize, and manage digital QR code menus. The service is delivered entirely online, and no physical products or unrelated human services are offered.

You're currently on our Free Access Plan. This plan offers full access to MaMenu's features at no cost. Future plans may introduce premium subscription tiers with additional capabilities.

1. Free Access

By default, every user is enrolled in the Free Plan, which provides access to core MaMenu features at no cost. Users have the option to upgrade to advanced paid plans through the application to unlock additional capabilities.

2. Payments

All payments for future paid plans will be processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment provider. We do not process or store your payment card details.

All content uploaded by users (menus, images, restaurant details) remains the property of the user. By uploading content, you grant MaMenu a license to store, display, and process it for providing our services.

Refunds for paid plans are handled according to our Refund Policy and Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website or app, and continued use of MaMenu indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
